Eye Stay Rod

This eye stay rod is a core tension power fitting specially used for overhead power line stay wire anchoring systems, widely matched with triple eye nuts, steel wire ropes and cross arm fittings to form a complete pole tower stay tension assembly.

The product adopts integrated hot forging molding. One end is forged into a special serrated thimble eye head, the inner serrated structure increases friction with stay wire ropes to prevent slipping under long-term tension load and avoid cable abrasion and breakage. The smooth solid straight shank has strong bending resistance, and the threaded end is equipped with a matched square nut to realize stepless fine adjustment of guy wire tension during construction and daily maintenance.

The whole stay rod is fully processed by hot dip galvanizing. A thick, uniform and dense zinc layer covers the eye head, shank and threaded section, which can effectively resist rainwater erosion, snow corrosion and coastal salt fog, perfectly adapting to all harsh outdoor overhead power transmission environments and extending service life. Precision rolled metric threads feature complete tooth profile without burrs, which can maintain stable clamping force and effectively resist loosening caused by line vibration.

Eye stay rods are extensively applied in wooden and concrete utility pole stay wire fixing, transmission tower stay anchoring, overhead distribution line tension adjustment and rural power grid upgrading projects. The integrated forging process eliminates the risk of fracture of cast fittings, greatly improving the safety and reliability of overhead line guy systems.

We support customized production according to power engineering drawings and samples, including adjustable rod length, thread specification and eye head inner diameter. Custom brand logos can be stamped on the rod surface.
