Description
This furniture screw is a staple fastener widely used for joining man-made wood panels in furniture factories.
It is cold forged from carbon steel and treated with blue white zinc plating to stop oxidation under dry indoor storage and use. The countersunk flat head can be fully embedded into board surface after tightening, leaving no raised bump to affect the flatness of furniture exterior. Inner Torx drive slot fits standard screwdriver bits well, no slipping during high torque twisting to speed up assembly work.
The screw body is designed with deep, wide wood thread and sharp tip. It cuts cleanly into particle board, MDF and solid wood without easily cracking thin panels. Thread teeth grip deep into wood fiber to keep panel joints tight, avoiding loose gaps after long-term use of cabinets and wardrobes.
Different from lag screws, this furniture screw features a small hidden head, perfect for invisible panel connection on household furniture. Every batch undergoes pull-out and torsion tests before delivery, meeting common furniture hardware standards. Factories can order customized sizes and surface treatments for mass production needs.
