Hex Head Bolt
Hex Head Bolt is the most universal standard fastening part widely used in all kinds of mechanical and construction assembly.
This bolt is made of medium carbon steel with blue white zinc electroplating on surface, forming compact anti-corrosion coating to resist oxidation and slight moisture erosion in indoor and outdoor general environments. The regular hexagonal head matches perfectly with open-end wrench, box wrench and socket tools, enabling convenient tightening operation without slipping. Clear strength grade marks are pressed on the top of bolt head for quick material performance identification.
The full rolling thread features smooth tooth surface and standard pitch, which can cooperate with matched hex nuts, flat washers and spring washers to provide reliable long-term clamping force. It can bear stable tensile and shear load, meeting the fastening demands of most conventional equipment and engineering structures.
Different from special bolts like T-bolt and carriage bolt, hex head bolt owns strong versatility and low comprehensive cost, covering most common assembly scenarios. All finished hex bolts pass hardness, tensile strength and thread precision inspection before delivery, complying with national and international industrial fastening standards. Custom thread lengths and different strength grades can be produced to match various load requirements for bulk orders.
