Precast concrete lifting systems, walls, beams, and slabs

Black or customized
For a faster B2B quotation: send the matching lifting-anchor system, former code or dimensions, fixing method, quantity and packing requirement. Product-code and load-class matching should be confirmed before order approval.
Rubber recess formers create the access pocket around a compatible lifting anchor during casting. For purchasing, the important point is not the former alone: the former profile, anchor system, load class and fixing method need to match. JINGLE supplies reusable rubber recess formers for precast plants, lifting-system distributors and project buyers.

Match the Former to the Lifting System
The original parameter image above is retained as the product-code and A/B/C/D dimension reference. It shows several system classes and should be read together with the corresponding anchor and lifting clutch information. Before a quotation is approved, please confirm the required product code, anchor system, former dimensions and quantity.
Important: a recess former creates the recess geometry; it does not set the safe working load of the lifting system. Anchor selection, concrete strength, reinforcement, installation and lifting practice should follow the system supplier's technical instructions and the project engineer's requirements.
Why Precast Buyers Use Rubber Formers
The flexible body helps release the former after the concrete has cured.
A smooth surface supports clean recess formation and repeat use when the former is handled correctly.
Magnetic-plate or screw fixing options can suit different mould and formwork arrangements.
Color and packing can be discussed for plant identification or distributor programs.

FAQ
Can you quote from an existing sample?
Yes. A sample, dimensioned drawing or clear photos with measurements can be used for an initial matching review.
Are different system sizes available?
Yes. The parameter chart retained above lists several product codes and dimensions. Please identify the matching anchor system rather than ordering by appearance alone.
Can the color be customized?
Black is a standard option and other colors can be discussed for volume orders. State the color requirement in the RFQ.
How is the former fixed to the mould?
Magnetic-plate and screw-fixing arrangements are listed options. The correct method depends on the formwork and lifting system.
What helps you quote quickly?
Send the product code or system class, dimensions, quantity, fixing method and packing request. A drawing or sample reduces back-and-forth checks.
