Spring Toggle Anchor

Spring Toggle Bolt is a dedicated heavy-duty fixing fastener developed for hollow substrates including gypsum board, hollow brick and thin partition panels, solving the low load-bearing defect of plastic expansion plugs on hollow walls.

The assembly is composed of full-thread flat-head screw and spring butterfly toggle wings. Before installation, the two toggle wings can be folded flat to pass through pre-drilled holes. Once entering the hollow space behind the wall, the built-in spring automatically springs the toggle wings open horizontally. Tightening the screw pulls the open wings tightly against the inner wall, forming a wide stress-bearing surface with excellent anti-pull and anti-shear performance.

The smooth flat head enables flush installation after tightening, leaving no protruding parts on wall surfaces for neat decoration effect. The whole carbon steel component adopts zinc plating treatment to form a dense anti-corrosion layer, resisting indoor moisture and dust for long-term concealed use.

This flat head toggle bolt is designed for rigid fixed installation of brackets, cabinets and decorative boards instead of suspension applications. Multiple screw length options fit thin gypsum boards and thick hollow brick walls of different thicknesses.

Custom thread lengths and wing sizes are supported to match various wall thicknesses and fixed load demands. All finished spring toggle bolts pass pull-out load test and salt spray anti-corrosion inspection before shipment, complying with safety fixing standards of residential decoration and electrical engineering.
