Spring Toggle Anchor
Spring Toggle Anchor is a dedicated heavy-duty fixing fastener designed for hollow substrates such as drywall, plaster ceiling, hollow brick and lightweight partition panels. The spring-driven toggle wing structure overcomes the low load limit of plastic expansion plugs on hollow walls.
This anchor consists of a full-thread bolt, flat washer, locking nut and spring butterfly toggle wings. Before installation, the spring toggle wings can be folded flat to pass through pre-drilled wall holes. Once the wings enter the hollow cavity behind the wall, the built-in spring instantly pushes the two wings open horizontally. Tightening the nut pulls the wings firmly against the inner wall surface, forming a wide stress-bearing area to deliver excellent anti-pull and anti-shear performance.
Two common terminal styles are available: closed eye ring and J-shaped hook. The eye ring type provides safer hanging without risk of accessory slipping off, suitable for lamps, suspender rods and pipeline hangers; the J hook type offers convenient quick hanging for light decorative ornaments. The entire assembly is zinc-plated to form a dense corrosion-resistant layer, resisting indoor moisture and dust for long-term service.
Compared with ordinary expansion bolts that cannot lock hollow walls, spring toggle anchors are universally applicable to all hollow boards. Multiple thread length specifications adapt to thin gypsum boards and thick hollow brick walls of various thicknesses.
All finished spring toggle anchors undergo pull-out load testing and salt spray anti-corrosion inspection before shipment. Custom thread lengths, head styles and wing sizes are supported to match different wall thicknesses and hanging load demands for decoration, electrical and plumbing engineering.
