Square Nut

This square nut features a four-sided square outer profile, mainly designed for welding and fixed-position assembly. The flat square sides prevent rotation during bolt tightening, delivering stable anti-slip performance under static and medium vibration loads.

It is forged from medium carbon steel without surface electroplating, retaining the original black metal texture. Customers can carry out subsequent surface treatments such as zinc plating, black oxide or hot-dip galvanizing according to usage environments to meet different anti-corrosion demands.

The four flat wide sides provide larger contact area with fixtures or welded substrates, effectively avoiding nut spinning during installation. Precisely rolled internal threads match standard metric bolts closely, offering consistent clamping force for long-term assembly. The compact square outline fits narrow mounting slots that hexagonal nuts cannot adapt to.

Square nuts are widely used in metal frame welding, construction support brackets, farm machinery components, conveyor frames and industrial furniture structures. Its anti-rotation characteristic makes it a preferred fastener for welded fixed assemblies.
