Heavy Duty Cast T Bolt is a reinforced sliding fastener specially developed for heavy load industrial assembly, matching large-size aluminum profile T-slots and heavy mechanical fixture systems.
This product adopts one-piece casting forming process, the T head is thicker and wider than standard stamped T bolts, with internal anti-slip tooth structure, which can be firmly locked in the profile groove and completely avoid rotation and slipping under large tightening torque. The full-threaded rod is rolled with high precision standard thread, which is stably matched with supporting hex nuts and flat washers to disperse pressure and improve overall clamping strength.
All cast steel parts are treated with blue white zinc plating to form a dense anti-corrosion protective layer, effectively resisting oxidation and rust in long-term workshop service environments. The casting structure has better toughness and impact resistance than stamped thin T bolts, which can bear higher tensile and shear loads, and is not easy to deform under long-term heavy load.
