T Bolt
T Bolt is a special sliding fastener matched with industrial aluminum extrusion T-slot, widely used in automated equipment and photovoltaic support assembly.
It is manufactured by one-time hot forging without welding seams. The thick T-shaped head can be locked inside the profile slot to prevent rotation when tightening nuts, ensuring stable clamping force. The full rolling thread features precise standard pitch, perfectly matched with hex nuts and flat washers for reliable fastening.
The carbon steel base is treated with blue white zinc plating, forming a dense anti-rust protective layer to resist oxidation in indoor and slightly humid workshop environments. Its biggest advantage is that it can be pre-inserted into the T-slot from the end of aluminum profiles, allowing free adjustment of mounting positions without disassembling the entire frame, which significantly improves assembly efficiency.
