T Head Bolt

This hot dip galvanized T head bolt is a special dedicated fastener for overhead transmission and distribution power fittings, mainly matched with suspension clamps, tension clamps and various pole tower hardware, which is an indispensable standard auxiliary fitting for power line assembly.

The whole bolt is integrally hot forged from high tensile Q235 carbon steel. The thick flat T-shaped head can be embedded into the reserved T-type chute of power clamps, achieving reliable anti-rotation and anti-slip positioning during nut tightening. It effectively avoids bolt spinning during on-site power construction, greatly improving assembly efficiency and connection stability.

The full metric threaded rod adopts precision thread rolling processing, with complete and smooth tooth profile without burrs. It can cooperate with standard hex nuts to lock power hardware tightly, and maintain stable clamping force for a long time under line vibration, not easy to loosen. The whole product is treated by hot dip galvanizing, forming a thick and compact zinc protective layer covering all surfaces of T head and threaded rod, resisting rain erosion, snow damage and coastal salt fog, adapting to all kinds of harsh outdoor long-term power operation environments.

Widely used in overhead distribution line cable clamp assembly, transmission tower cross arm hardware fixing, insulator support fitting connection and rural power grid reconstruction projects. Compared with ordinary hex bolts, the T-head embedded structure has higher anti-slip safety and is specially customized for power fitting chute matching.
