Timber Bolt
This timber bolt is a heavy-duty anchoring fastener developed for wooden utility poles and power transmission foundation installation, classified as professional overhead line power fitting. It features an integrated forged structure with a large round disc pressure head, smooth solid shank and partial metric threaded tail.
Manufactured from high tensile medium carbon steel via integral hot forging, the timber bolt delivers outstanding pull-out resistance and load-bearing capacity to sustain long-term static tension of stay wires on wood poles. Full hot dip galvanization covers the entire surface to form a compact thick zinc coating, offering superior resistance against rain, snow, humidity and coastal salt mist, perfectly suited for long-term outdoor power operation environments.
The wide circular plate head expands the compression contact area inside concrete or timber substrates, effectively preventing bolt displacement and pull-out under heavy cable tension, which solves the loose anchoring problem of traditional straight anchor rods on wooden poles.
