Plastic Hand Twist Hose Clamp
This plastic hand twist hose clamp is a user-friendly adjustable pipe locking fitting, specially designed for quick assembly without screwdrivers or other tools, widely used for fastening all kinds of flexible rubber, plastic and composite hoses in household, gardening and small mechanical equipment.
The clamp belt adopts precision punched perforated stainless steel or galvanized carbon steel strip, with uniform adjustment tooth slots to realize stepless diameter adjustment, fitting different outer diameters of hoses tightly. The integrated plastic wing handle is injection molded from high toughness PP material, which is comfortable to grip and durable against breaking during repeated twisting. Users can manually rotate the plastic handle to fasten or loosen the hoop within seconds, greatly improving pipeline installation and maintenance efficiency.
Two band material options meet different usage demands: galvanized carbon steel version for indoor low-corrosion environments with cost advantages; 304 stainless steel band version for humid, outdoor or slightly corrosive scenarios to prevent rust and extend service life. The smooth inner edge of the steel band avoids scratching hose outer surfaces, effectively preventing liquid or gas leakage caused by pipe damage.
