U Clamp

U clamp is an economical one-piece pipeline fastener designed for surface mounting of light-load conduits and pipes, widely applied in electrical wiring and domestic plumbing projects.

It is fully stamped from thick carbon steel strip with an integrated U-shaped curved body. A reinforced rib on the arc surface enhances anti-deformation capacity to hold pipes stably under long-term static load. Two slotted oval holes on both flat lugs allow minor horizontal adjustment during installation, making it easier to align with wall anchor holes without re-drilling.

Blue-white zinc plating covers the whole clamp to provide reliable anti-rust performance against indoor moisture and dust. Smooth inner curved surface avoids scratches on plastic or metal pipe outer walls, protecting pipeline service life.

This U clamp features a simple structure without extra bolts for clamping. Users only need to place the pipe inside the U arc and fasten two screws through the bottom holes onto walls or brackets. It fits PVC electrical conduits, small galvanized tubes and thin PPR water pipes perfectly.

Custom dimensions are available to match special pipeline diameters. All finished U clamps undergo salt spray anti-corrosion test and bending strength inspection before shipment, satisfying light pipeline fixing demands in construction and machinery fields.
