Zinc Plated Chipboard Screws for Production Orders
A furniture screw looks simple until it reaches the assembly line. The head must sit neatly, the drive needs to engage cleanly and the thread has to suit the board. JINGLE supplies zinc plated chipboard screws for furniture plants, cabinet makers, importers and hardware distributors.
The product shown here has a countersunk head, Phillips drive, sharp point and coarse full thread. If your order calls for another size or specification, send the drawing or a physical sample. We will review it before quoting.

What the Buyer Should Send
For a useful quotation, list the diameter and length, head and drive, material or standard, finish, order quantity and packing format. A drawing is best. A clear sample photo and current part number also help when a drawing is not available.
Please flag anything that is essential to your line, such as head seating, drive fit, coating appearance, carton weight or private-label marks. These points can then be written into the order documents instead of being left to assumption.
For Furniture and Hardware Supply
This screw format is commonly selected for flat-pack furniture, cabinets, shelving and general wood-panel work. The countersunk head is intended to finish close to the work surface, while the coarse thread is suited to board-based materials. The actual joint should still be checked in the buyer's substrate before mass use.
OEM and Packing Options
JINGLE can review repeat orders and buyer-specific packing. Tell us whether you need bulk cartons, inner boxes, barcode labels or another packing arrangement. Where a custom specification is involved, the sample, drawing and approved order record become the reference for production.
Questions Buyers Ask
Can you quote from a drawing or an existing sample?
Yes. Send the drawing or sample information together with the expected quantity. We will check the requested configuration before preparing the offer.
Is this a self-drilling screw?
The product image shows a sharp point rather than a drill point. It is listed here as a zinc plated chipboard screw. If a drill-point screw is needed, state that separately in the inquiry.
Can the drive or packing be changed?
Custom drive and packing requests can be reviewed. Include the exact drive, bit fit, label language and carton requirement in the RFQ.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on size, finish and packing. Share the target quantity so we can quote the practical order level for that specification.
How is lead time confirmed?
Lead time is confirmed with the quotation after the specification, quantity and packing have been checked.
Request a Bulk Quote
Send your screw list, drawing or sample details to JINGLE. Include annual or batch demand if available. We will respond with the points that need confirmation and prepare a quotation around the actual order.
