Angle Type Thimble Eye Bolt

This angle type thimble eye bolt is a heavy-duty tension fastener specially developed for overhead power line stay wire anchoring systems, belonging to professional overhead line power hardware fittings. The product adopts an integrated one-piece forging structure, consisting of bent angled thimble eye head, smooth solid shank, fully threaded tail and matched square positioning nut.

Made of high-tensile medium carbon steel, the whole bolt undergoes hot dip galvanizing treatment. A thick, compact zinc layer fully covers the surface, providing excellent long-term rust and corrosion resistance to adapt to outdoor, coastal, high humidity and severe weather power construction environments. The forged thimble eye with offset bent design can flexibly adapt to various complex installation angles of utility poles and transmission towers, solving the angle limitation of straight anchor rods on uneven construction sites.

The smooth inner hole of the thimble eye effectively avoids sharp edge abrasion to guy wires, preventing cable breakage under long-term repeated tension loads.
