English Type Hose Clamp
English type hose clamp is the classic worm-drive pipe fastener following British standard design, widely adopted for sealing and fixing all kinds of rubber, silicone and composite flexible hoses across automotive, machinery, household and marine industries.
It consists of a perforated stainless steel band and a matching worm screw. Rotating the screw drives the band teeth to mesh tightly, achieving stepless diameter adjustment to fit hoses of different outer diameters. The band edges are fully rounded and deburred during production, which prevents sharp metal edges from cutting or scratching hose surfaces, avoiding liquid/gas leakage caused by pipe damage.
Two material grades are optional to fit different working environments: 201 stainless steel for dry indoor general use with cost advantages; 304 stainless steel version with superior salt spray resistance, suitable for outdoor, humid, oily and coastal marine working conditions. The zinc-plated tightening screw features high hardness, not easy to slip or rust after long-term repeated disassembly.
The uniform circular extrusion force ensures full contact between clamp and hose, forming reliable leak-proof sealing. This standard British style clamp is compatible with flat screwdrivers, cross screwdrivers and spanners, bringing convenient installation and maintenance on-site.
