M8 Reinforzed Clamp With Rubber Lining

This rubber lined pipe clamp is a professional silent shock-absorbing pipeline support fitting, widely used for fixing and suspending water pipes, air-conditioning pipes and drainage pipes that require noise reduction and vibration isolation in residential buildings, commercial projects and mechanical equipment.

The clamp frame is integrally formed by bending high-quality 304 stainless steel sheet, equipped with two stainless steel tightening bolts on both sides, which can adjust the clamping range freely to fit pipes of different outer diameters. The inner side is lined with thick EPDM elastic rubber pad, which closely fits the pipe outer wall after locking. It can effectively isolate the vibration generated by water flow, reduce pipeline resonance noise, and prevent scratch, abrasion and surface corrosion of pipes caused by hard metal contact.

A hexagonal internal thread connector is reserved at the bottom of the clamp, which can be directly screwed with standard threaded suspender rods to realize quick overhead suspension installation on ceilings and wall brackets. The stainless steel body has excellent rust resistance, suitable for long-term humid indoor and semi-outdoor environments without oxidation rust. The EPDM rubber liner has good aging resistance and compression resilience, and will not harden or fall off after long-term use.

Compared with ordinary metal pipe clamps without rubber lining, this shock-absorbing clamp greatly improves the living comfort of residential buildings and solves the problem of pipeline running water noise disturbance. It supports a complete range of common pipe diameters to match PPR water pipes, PVC drainage pipes and galvanized steel pipes.
