Hex Head Sleeve Anchor
Hex Head Sleeve Anchor is a pre-assembled mechanical expansion fastener, suitable for medium and heavy load fixed installation on solid concrete and masonry substrates, widely applied in construction renovation and hardware installation projects.
The whole set consists of slotted expansion sleeve, hex bolt, flat washer and hex nut without extra matching parts. The expansion sleeve is designed with multiple longitudinal slits and anti-slip embossing on the outer wall. After drilling matching holes and putting the anchor in place, tighten the hex nut with a wrench to pull the inner cone of the bolt, which pushes the sleeve to expand outward and closely attach to the hole wall, forming stable friction locking force with excellent tensile and shear resistance.
All carbon steel components are treated with blue white zinc plating, forming compact anti-corrosion coating to prevent rust under indoor and outdoor damp conditions. The thickened flat washer enlarges contact area between fixtures and walls, effectively avoiding wall surface damage and improving overall fixing stability.
