T Head Bolt for Power Fittings
This hot dip galvanized T head bolt is a dedicated special connecting fastener for overhead power transmission and distribution line hardware, widely used to assemble and lock suspension clamps, tension clamps and all kinds of tower power fittings, which is an indispensable standard auxiliary power fitting.
The whole bolt is integrally hot forged from high tensile Q235 carbon steel. The solid thick T-shaped head can be embedded into the T-type reserved groove of power clamps, achieving reliable anti-rotation and anti-slip positioning during tightening operation, effectively solving the slipping and twisting problems of ordinary bolts during power fitting installation. It comes with supporting hex nut for quick locking and fastening on site.
After forging, the product adopts full hot dip galvanized surface treatment. A uniform and thick zinc layer completely covers the T head, rod and thread surface, providing excellent long-term anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. It can resist rain erosion, snow damage and coastal salt fog erosion, adapting to long-term outdoor harsh working environment of overhead power lines.
