Double Ear Hose Clamp
This double ear hose clamp is a one-time crimp type pipe fastening fitting, widely used to seal and fix rubber hoses, plastic flexible tubes and multi-layer composite pipelines in automotive, machinery, household appliances and hydraulic systems.
Manufactured by precision stamping of high-quality thin steel strip, the clamp features a unique double-ear symmetrical structure. After installation, the two ears are crimped with pliers to generate uniform circumferential extrusion force, which makes the inner wall closely fit the hose surface without local gap, realizing stable leak-proof sealing effect. Compared with traditional screw hose clamps, it has smaller volume, simpler installation and lower assembly cost, suitable for mass automatic assembly.
Two material options are available for different working environments: carbon steel with blue white zinc plating for conventional indoor and low-corrosion equipment; stainless steel 304 version for wet, oily and slightly corrosive working conditions to extend service life. The smooth inner arc avoids scratching the outer skin of rubber hoses during crimping, effectively preventing pipeline rupture and liquid leakage caused by sharp edges.
Each clamp is marked with size embossing on the outer wall for quick model identification during assembly. It covers a complete range of inner diameter sizes, perfectly matching fuel hoses, water cooling pipes, air intake tubes and hydraulic oil pipes of automobiles, engineering machinery, water heaters and small household equipment.
