U Bolt
U Bolt is a U-shaped bent fastener with threaded ends on both sides, specially designed for clamping and fixing round pipes, tubes and cylindrical components.
It is formed by one-time hot or cold bending of solid metal rod, with complete rolling threads on two straight ends. When matched with nuts and backing plates, it can tightly lock pipes on brackets, walls or equipment frames to prevent sliding and shaking during long-term use.
Stainless steel 304 U bolts feature bright polished surface and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor, humid and chemical contact environments. Carbon steel versions with zinc plating offer cost-effective anti-rust performance for indoor general pipeline installation. The smooth arc bending avoids scratching the outer wall of pipes and ensures uniform stress distribution during clamping.
This fastener is widely used in water supply engineering, mechanical equipment, automobile chassis piping, agricultural irrigation facilities and electrical wiring fixing. All finished U Bolts undergo thread inspection and bending strength testing before delivery.
