Wedge Anchor
Wedge Anchor is a heavy-duty mechanical expansion fastener exclusively designed for solid concrete and high-hardness masonry substrates, widely adopted in high-standard construction and industrial safety installation projects.
This anchor adopts four split metal wedge clips at the bottom expansion section. After drilling a matching hole and inserting the full assembly, torque down the hex nut to pull the threaded bolt upward, forcing the wedge clips to expand outward and fully lock against the inner wall of the hole. This full-surface friction locking structure delivers far superior pull-out resistance compared to conventional sleeve anchors.
All carbon steel components are finished with yellow zinc plating, forming a dense anti-rust barrier that resists oxidation and corrosion for both indoor and outdoor service environments.
