Wedge Anchor Zinc Plated

Wedge Anchor, also known as wedge expansion bolt or wedge type shield anchor, is a heavy-duty mechanical expansion fastener specially designed for solid concrete and high-hardness masonry substrates, widely adopted in professional construction and industrial installation projects.

This anchor features four split wedge expansion clips at the bottom. After drilling a matching hole and inserting the whole anchor assembly, tighten the hex nut with a torque wrench. The threaded bolt pulls the cone wedge upward, forcing the four metal clips to expand outward and tightly lock against the inner wall of the hole, forming a full-surface friction locking structure with extremely strong bearing capacity.

All carbon steel components are treated with blue white zinc plating, forming a dense anti-corrosion layer to effectively resist rust and oxidation under indoor and outdoor humid environments. The full-thread bolt design allows flexible adjustment of installation depth and fixture clearance, while the thickened flat washer disperses pressure to avoid scratching the surface of mounted components.

Compared with ordinary sleeve anchors, wedge anchor delivers more stable expansion force and higher pull-out resistance, making it the preferred fastener for heavy-load and safety-critical projects such as elevators and curtain walls. It complies with international construction fastening standards and undergoes strict pull-out load testing before delivery.
