Wing Nut

This wing nut is formed by one-time cold stamping, a lightweight economical fastener for light-load assemblies that need frequent manual disassembly without tools. The integral two curved wings allow direct tightening and loosening by hand, greatly simplifying on-site assembly and maintenance work.

The raw material is thin low carbon steel with good stamping formability, reducing overall weight and production cost compared with forged wing nuts. The surface is electroplated with blue white zinc to form a compact protective layer, effectively resisting rust and oxidation under normal indoor working conditions.

The curved wing design offers comfortable hand-held friction, avoiding slipping during twisting. The central precision tapped thread matches standard metric machine screws stably, with good repeat fastening performance after multiple disassembly cycles. The thin body structure fits narrow installation spaces of small-sized equipment.

It is widely used in miniature lighting fixtures, electronic shell fixing, laboratory small clamps, toy assembly and lightweight furniture connecting parts. It is an ideal cost-saving fastener for mass production light-duty products.
